5.14 Site hoarding guidelines

This document contains information on designing hoarding boards and panels for Vastint building sites, shown on the example of Moxy Hotel building site.

Vastint site hoarding is based on four basic modules of the same size (default: 340×175 cm) to be placed in a pre-defined order, repeated around whole building site area. All panels share the same dark grey background, with text in Vastint Orange or white, and developer and investment logos always in white.

Grey empty panels work great as content dividers. It is advisable to use them between other panels if space allows (option 3 above compared to option 2).

Complementary to hoarding panels, a hoarding board containing information on main contractors has been designed to be placed next to the building site entrance. Message can be tailored according to the needs, however it should not be longer than shown here.
