Introduction
These brand guidelines are an important tool to help you and all other co-workers to use the Vastint trademark, and design marketing materials. To build the Vastint brand (i.e. how Vastint is perceived) we need to act consistently and clearly when using the Vastint trademark and brand elements. When we act in a consistent manner, we build a strong brand that is easy to recognize and understand.
Different sub-brands or sub-identities should not be used together with the Vastint trademark. Further, use of other companies’ trademarks in connection with the Vastint trademark may result in loss of goodwill for us. Therefore, so called co-branding, which is the use of a trademark in connection with a third party trademark, is generally not allowed. Any allowed co-branding must be based on a clear business case and is only permissible after prior approval.
The only exception of allowed co-branding is the use of “Project by Vastint” logo together with logotypes of our own buildings/projects. See section 1.8 for guidelines describing correct implementation of investment co-branding.
These guidelines and the Vastint trademark are proprietary to Vastint Holding B.V. These guidelines are for internal use. Do not share this document with persons outside of the Vastint group of companies unless authorized to do so.
The most recent templates and source files of the materials contained in this brand manual are always available on the Vastint intranet, at Global – Team work – Marketing – Corporate marketing materials. If the file you are looking for is not there, please contact the Vastint marketing department.
