1.8 Co-branding
Different sub-brands or sub-identities should not be used together with the Vastint trademark. Further, use of other companies’ trademarks in connection with the Vastint trademark may result in loss of goodwill for us. Therefore, so called co-branding, which is the use of a trademark in connection with a third party trademark, is generally not allowed. Any allowed co-branding must be based on a clear business case and is only permissible after prior approval.
Although co-branding of Vastint brand is generally not allowed, there is one exception to that rule. It is allowed to use “Project by Vastint” logo together with logos of investment projects developed by Vastint. Please adhere to the following rules:
- position “Project by Vastint” logo in corners of the layouts
- size of “Project by Vastint” logo should not be bigger than project branding
- use grey variant for white backgrounds, or inversed variant for the photos/dark background
- when using the “Project by Vastint” logo, please follow the size/exclusion zone and usage guidelines as for the main Vastint logotype (sections 1.3-1.6).
See below for examples of correct use of co-branding.
